The press service of the German brand told about the engine range for the updated hatchback Opel Corsa. Earlier, the automaker revealed a fully electric version of this car – this car was called the Corsa-e.

The first of these works with a 6-speed “mechanics” or 8-step “automatic”. Well, 130-horsepower version of this engine is aggregated only with an automatic transmission. For this performance the new Corsa, acceleration to 100 km/h takes 8.7 seconds and top speed is equal to 188 km/h. the Updated Corsa will also be available with an economical 1.5-liter turbodiesel engine rated at 102 HP (250 Nm).
In its most mild form, the novelty will weigh only 980 kg, not including the driver. The vehicle length is 4,06 meter is about the same as its predecessor. And the roofline has been lowered by 48 mm, with no negative impact on the convenience of the location of the driver and front passenger.
