Volkswagen has begun accepting orders for a new all-terrain Golf alltrack wagon on the European market.
Recall that the new Volkswagen Golf Alltrack is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel TDI, which produces 200 HP and 400 Nm of torque. This is the most productive diesel engine that has ever been put on a Golf model. It is paired with the DSG robotic transmission and the proprietary 4Motion all-wheel drive system.
The average fuel consumption of the new Golf Alltrack is 4.8-4.9 liters per 100 km of travel. At the same time, the car can travel up to 1000 km on a full tank. In the design of the exhaust gas treatment system, a technology called Twin-dosing is used.
The updated all-terrain Volkswagen Golf alltrack wagon differs from the standard model by an increased ground clearance of 15 mm, moldings on the side doors and a plastic body kit in the lower part of the body. The car’s Luggage compartment can hold 611 liters of cargo.
The list of new equipment includes an electronic dashboard, the Discover Media navigation system, a DAB+ digital radio receiver, as well as the App-Connect Wireless smartphone wireless integration system. In the German market for the new Volkswagen Golf Alltrack will have to pay 39 thousand 337 euros.
