Motor Trend published patent images of the updated version of the electric crossover Jaguar I-Pace.
Recall that the Jaguar I-Pace crossover with all-electric traction was launched into production only in 2018. At the same time, the model is already waiting for an update, as evidenced by patent images of the new product posted by a foreign publication.
Judging by the presented images, the upgraded Jaguar I-Pace will get a different front grille, a more aggressive front bumper with increased air intakes and updated lighting technology. In the rear, the electric crossover will receive an upgraded bumper with simulated exhaust pipes. Also according to Motor Trend, the Jaguar I-Pace will get new sets of wheels during the update.
Whether the powertrain of the updated I-Pace will change, there is no data yet. To date, the current model has two electric motors in its equipment, which together produce 400 HP and 696 Nm of torque. On a single charge, such an electric crossover can travel about 470 kilometers. The updated version of the Jaguar I-Pace is due to be introduced in 2021.
