Peugeot has introduced a limited edition Skywalker to attract the attention of Star Wars fans. There will be only 310 copies with an engine with an output of more than 170 hp.
After some kind of promotion, the new Peugeot 2008 Skywalker was finally presented to motorists. The popular and successful SUV for Peugeot will debut in Brazil in a limited edition. The special version was created specifically for the fanatical Star Wars.
The new 2008 Skywalker is easily recognizable. It showcases distinctive exterior and interior details. The model’s head features a chrome emblem, version name signature, original film logo and high-gloss chrome trim.
Side view shows 16-inch Titane wheels painted in Anthra Gray. The exterior mirror housings and door handles are graphite gray. The body is only available in two colors: White Nacre and Perla Nera.
Exclusive rugs appeared in the salon. The door and center console trims have also received new trim. Warn Gray stands out from the rest. The seat upholstery deserves a separate mention.
The standard equipment is impressive. Equipment includes: cruise control, speed limiter, LED daytime driving lights, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Isofix anchors, touchscreen infotainment and multiple airbags. In addition, each device comes with a one-year subscription to the Disney + platform.
As for the mechanical part, only one motorization is available. Under the hood is a 1.6-liter THP petrol engine with 173 hp. It is linked to the 6AKPP and features Flex technology, allowing ethanol to be used as an alternative fuel. Thanks to this mechanics, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 microns / h in 8.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 209 km / h.
The new 2008 limited edition has already gone on sale from Brazilian dealers. The starting price is € 19,140.
