Porsche Panamera has become truly “rich”

Porsche has added a new Platinum Edition to the Panamera range with a designer exterior and extended standard equipment. Already in the base, these cars have adaptive air suspension, matrix headlights with automatic high beams, cornering and intersection lighting, as well as 21-inch Exclusive Design Sport wheels painted in Satin Gloss Platinum.

The word Platinum in the name of the series is no coincidence: not only the wheels are painted in this semi-glossy color scheme, but also the lining on the slots in the front fenders, the logo and nameplate of the model, plus the e-hybrid emblem, if the Panamera 4 is chosen as the basis for the special version E-Hybrid. But in general, the version is offered for the Panamera, Panamera 4, Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, as well as Sport Turismo station wagons (in Europe) and long-wheelbase Executive (in China).

Most of the options available for the Panamera are already included in the standard equipment of the Platinum Edition. These are PASM adaptive air suspension, PDLS Plus matrix headlights, auto-dimming mirrors, panoramic roof, black tailpipe trims, tinted glass, glossy black window surrounds and parking assistant with a rearview camera. For hybrids, in addition, onboard charging with a capacity of 7.2 kilowatts is proposed instead of the base device at 3.6. Wheels – 21 “Exclusive Design Sport (Panamera Style 20” – optional).

The Panamera Platinum Edition also received a GT sports steering wheel, door closers, heated rear row, BOSE Surround Sound system, seats with adjustments and memory, as well as decorative trims in the cabin made of brushed aluminum and an analog clock. The Platinum Panamera will premiere at the Los Angeles Motor Show on November 17th. Machine deliveries are scheduled for the end of January next year.
