The German automaker plans to build on the territory of Slovakia new plant. The size of the investment in the project will amount to 13.6 million euros.
The new technology centre will appear in the Slovak Piestany. As reported by the Slovak government is ready to allocate 2 million euros in investment subsidies to support this project. It is known that the financing of the project will be implemented through its subsidiary Porsche Werkzeugbau in Dubnica nad váhom. The start of construction is scheduled for 2020, and after 4 years it will be 34 working employee.
Such a venture will focus primarily on the automation and robotization of production of Porsche cars. The plant intends to develop and test components for automobiles as well as produce prototypes of production equipment for the automotive industry.
