The first official snapshot of the updated BMW X3 crossover has appeared on the Internet. The photograph of the car was published by mistake by the administration of the Spanish website of the German brand, from where it was subsequently removed. We managed to save the image and upload it to the wilcoblok Instagram account.
Judging from the image, the angular headlights of the car will be similar to the headlights of the new generation 4-Series family cars. Plus, the crossover will receive an enlarged grille, which, at the same time, will be made in a more traditional style, unlike the huge “nostrils” of the new M3 and M4.
As expected, the salon will undergo more significant changes: new and better materials are used in the interior design. In terms of technology, the BMW X3 will be available with the next generation iDrive infotainment system.
Presumably, the engine lineup will remain unchanged. It will include gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid power plants. At the top of the range, as before, there will be a 3.0-liter twin-turbo “six” with a capacity of 480 or 510 horsepower (for the X3 M version).
