Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The sedan is available with both rear-and all-wheel drive. There are a total of four driving modes: Tour, Sport, Snow/Ice, and a customizable My Mode.

Cadillac CT5 can be ordered with a proprietary semi-automatic control system Super Cruise. It is based on the front of the radar and Lidar of the set of cameras, providing all-round visibility.
