It’s not a Ford Ranger, not even Everest: this is Idumban, and it was built on special order of the nature lover.

A full-fledged five-door SUV based on a pickup Ranger the Ford motor company produces, for example, for the market of Australia where it is sold under the name Everest. Much less widely known similar model sold in India, for which the name was changed to Everest Endeavor.
