It is expected that Cadillac CT4 will be equipped with two-liter turbo “four” from the XT4 crossover, which develops 237 horsepower. The engine will be paired with eight-speed automatic transmission.

Previously, the company introduced the Cadillac sports sedan CT4-V, designed to replace removed from the production model ATS, which enjoyed low popularity. The company noted that through the use of sport chassis engineers managed to achieve almost ideal weight distribution along the axes, which is close to 50:50. Belonging to the V-series is also a four pipe exhaust system and a small spoiler on the lid of the Luggage compartment. Cadillac CT4-V is equipped with a 2.7 l turbocharging “four”, developing 324 HP and 500 N·m of torque.
