The Audi brand has promised to showcase three concept models from the same line at the Munich Motor Show. New items were named Sky Sphere, Grand Sphere, and Urban Sphere.
There are no technical details about prototypes from the Sphere lineup yet, but L’Argus reports that the family is part of a massive electric “Artemis project.” It is known that the premiere of new Audi products will take place on September 7 at the IAA Motor Show in Munich – this event will be the successor to the international motor show of the same name in Frankfurt.
Audi has already shown the first teaser images of future Shpere concepts: they represent graphic silhouettes of future cars. Thanks to these sketches, it becomes clear that under the name Sky Sphere is a sports car, the Grand Shpere is likely to be a sedan or a liftback, and the Urban Sphere resembles an urban crossover.
These concept cars are believed to herald the emergence of a new model line from Audi, which is being created as part of the “Artemis Project”. It involves the development of a new electrical architecture, which will be based on large enough premium electric cars. It is possible that this platform will become the basis for the first all-electric car of the Bentley brand in the future.
