Another Japanese manufacturer Honda unveiled the Honda GB350 for the Japanese market last month. This bike is highly sought after and is in essence an adaptation of the Honda H’Ness CB350, which was originally produced in India. Japanese manufacturers of the Big Four typically release motorcycles for the Japanese market before shipping them to the mainland or overseas. Among other things, the CB350 has shown a significant increase in the build quality of Indian-made motorcycles.
This time, another Japanese manufacturer has done a similar trick by adapting a motorcycle made in India for the Japanese market. The Suzuki Gixxer 250 is an entry-level naked with a modern design. This bike is in high demand in India and is now available to the Japanese in matte black metallic or blue metallic.
The Japanese version of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 differs slightly from the Indian counterpart. The bike is equipped with an oil-cooled 249cc single-cylinder engine. The powertrain produces 26 hp. power.
The price of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 in Japan was set at 448,800 yen (about $ 4,120). In India, the bike costs about $ 2,220.
