Dealers of Suzuki in the UK will cease to offer customers the cheapest models of the brand at the end of this month. Having said goodbye with “public sector”, the brand will focus on its bestsellers.
The best available models of Suzuki in the British car market – compact citycare Celerio and Baleno – stop selling at the end of August. The Japanese brand is going to reform its model lineup so that most successfully promote their most popular cars in the UK. Among them microgrooves Ignis, the crossover S-Cross, the Vitara SUV and Super Swift.
Parting with the “public sector” Suzuki buyers have to endure steadfastly, as much hype among fans of the Japanese brand they did not cause. For example, last year the brand sold in European markets of about 15 thousand copies Balenos and 21 thousand units Celerios.
This is much lower than the same Swift and Ignis. First came to Europe in the amount of 55 000 vehicles, and the second to 43,000.
