The third generation of the Renault – the most anticipated premiere of the Paris motor show.
Renault is preparing for the debut of the hatchback Renault Sandero. Model appeared in the line of the brand in 2012 and in 2016 has survived a major upgrade. The second generation is expected in the coming autumn catwalk “home” motor show in Paris.
The car has previously been seen on the tests, and now he was found in the winter tests. The novelty will differ by the design of the radiator grill, bumpers, LED lighting and door handles. In salon there will be new materials, touch display multimedia system and lots of other items, which are already used on the Renault Duster.
The new Sandero will be built on a simplified version of the platform CMF-B, which is already used on the Renault Clio, Captur and Nissan Juke. This will add to the range of hybrid motors by the 140 HP power unit E-Tech with engine capacity of 1.6 liters.
It is also expected that in 2021 the Sandero will be offered with 75-horsepower 1-liter, naturally aspirated 3-cylinder engine SCe, 100 HP 1-liter turbo engine TCe and 85-horsepower 1.5-liter turbodiesel dCi Blue. Late for the Sandero will be offered a hybrid propulsion system with an auxiliary motor-generator (mild hybrid).
