A collection of 25 luxury cars seized by the Swiss Prosecutor’s office the Vice President of Equatorial Guinea Teodorina Nguema Obiang in the case of money laundering, was sold at Bonhams auction for 27 million Swiss francs.

The most expensive lot of the auction was the white Lamborghini Veneno Roadster 2014 released edition of only nine copies in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Italian brand. It is equipped with a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 with a capacity of 750 horsepower and 730 Nm of torque and can accelerate to first “hundred” for 2.9 seconds. Proceeds will be directed to social programs implemented by nonprofits in Equatorial Guinea.
