Just last week there were spy shots of the production series of the bike, as the company releases official information and images of the new items. Both versions, as expected, equipped with 2 458-CC engine and some parts from the limited TFC.
Of course the fans were expecting less, but the manufacturer has managed to surprise their release of a typical Roadster Rocket 3 R’s and 3 Rocket GT cruiser. The majority of the versions are very similar, but have some differences. For example, R has a sportier steering wheel and can only be in black, and GT – a lower saddle and a color not just black, but red. Also in this version are governed by the passenger foot pegs, windshield a little higher and the handle heated.
The engine news much easier, and the working volume on the contrary has increased in comparison with the predecessor. Inline three-cylinder unit generates power 165 HP at 6 000 rpm (maximum 7 000) and 223 Nm at 4 000 rpm.
One of the distinctive from the previous generation hell the bike is more lightweight chassis. Frame and swingarm are made of aluminium. There is also adjustable 47 mm inverted fork, adjustable shock absorbers, Brembo brake calipers and 320 mm discs. The wheels are shod with Avon Cobra tires Chrome.
Rocket 3 R/GT is equipped with led optics, DLR, and under the seat there is a connector for charging. From electronics patisia system Continental IMU, angle ABC and traction control, four modes (one of which programmable), cruise control, push button ignition, LCD dashboard. Motorcycles will go on sale next year, the cost of the manufacturer is not reported.
