Hyundai has announced another electric model to be launched under the Ioniq sub-brand.
New from Hyundai is a large SUV, which is planned to be called Ioniq 7. Sales of the car are expected to start 2 years after the introduction of the Ioniq 6 sedan, in other words, in 2024.
As far as we can judge from the teaser image, the exterior of the large Ioniq 7 crossover will differ from the design of the younger model Ioniq 5. The SUV will receive a different, smoother front design: there is no visible relief on it, but the horizontal LED strip and vertical sections stand out well. located at the edges.
In addition, the new Ioniq 7 will feature a dynamic silhouette with a sloping roofline and massive C-pillars. The wheel arches will have an angular shape, and the wheels themselves will have an unusual design. It is assumed that the Ioniq 7 will be built on the same architecture as the younger model, but this crossover will appear on the market with three rows of seats in 6 or 7-seater configurations. Large batteries will provide the electric car with a range of up to 480 km, and the engines will be able to develop more than 300 hp. The conceptual prototype of a large electric crossover Ioniq 7 may be presented in the coming months.
