The DS 7 Crossback was the first model launched by a French luxury brand to the market and debuted in a new era. The D-segment SUV with a sophisticated, elegant and sporty appearance, yet very luxurious and with a very modern design, will undergo a slight update in 2022.

The DS 7 Crossback is a luxury French SUV that debuted at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show and went on sale in January 2018, so it has been on the market for at least three and a half years. The time has come for its corresponding facelift, which is scheduled for 2022.

The updates will follow the line envisioned by PSA, now Stellantis, with very simple but important tweaks that will update the DS 7 Crossback and DS7 Crossback E-TENSE image. Some aesthetic improvements, which will be especially focused on the front, as can be seen in the render, will highlight the strong influence of the new DS 4.

The D-segment SUV will receive more advanced features, narrower full-LED headlights, a more prominent bumper with the lower part of the daytime running lights, devoid of fog lamps, which will now be integrated into the main headlights. The chrome connecting the lights will disappear from the back, making them more visible.

The DS 7 Crossback will also offer new interior features, with new upholstery with a more luxurious design, in addition to the high-definition touchscreen infotainment system, new connectivity features in the multimedia and navigation platform, and new driving safety assistants.

The update does not bode well for significant power gains, but performance and efficiency improvements are expected. Only the plug-in hybrid versions will be redesigned to provide greater autonomy in electric mode with a larger battery capacity, further reducing the range and Stellantis’ average emissions. The refreshed DS 7 Crossback is expected to debut in the second half of 2022 after the Paris Motor Show.

Although it is definitely an unfinished replica, I would be interested in contact details, anyway. Maybe this could be an interesting project.
