In the database of the Federal Institute of industrial property, the patent appeared on then electric citicar Zetta. The production car should start before the end of the year.

The patent attached a picture of the future of the electric vehicle, according to which serial Zetta practically will not differ from the previously shown prototype. Assembly citicar will establish in Togliatti and in the year the manufacturer plans to collect 10 000 copies – half for sale in our country, and the second for export. By the end of this year promise to build the first 10 cars.

The body is made of a metal frame with composite wall panels. Yet the official information about the “stuffing” of the production car, but there is data on the test prototype. It is equipped with four asynchronous in-wheel motors Duyunova, with a total capacity of 98 horsepower, as well as a battery with a capacity of 10 kilowatt-hours. According to preliminary estimates, a single charge of “Zetta” is enough for 200 kilometers.

It is expected that trim levels will be somewhat – at least, the market will present a version with front-wheel drive and with drive to all four wheels. The starting price according to preliminary data, will amount to about $ 7,000.
