The head of Nissan has lost their jobs

The head of the Japanese group Nissan Motor Hiroto Saikawa resigned after it was discovered the fact of fraud with wages: in 2013 he had written himself an inflated bonus. The duties of the head of the company temporarily takes Yasuhiro Yamauchi, the Agency Kuodo.

The priorities of the new head of Nissan Motor, which will be chosen in October this year, will improve the partnerships with Renault and also “stabilizing the profitability of the brand”.

This is not the first scandal with top managers of Renault-Nissan. In the fall of 2018, it became known that the head of the Alliance Carlos Ghosn for many years evaded from payment of taxes in Japan.
