Honda recently patented the name and layout of the NT1100 motorcycle. Parallel two from Africa Twin will be installed in one more chassis – asphalt touring.
The NT650V motorcycle, also known as Deauville for some markets, was produced from 1998 to 2013. Since the withdrawal from production of medium-sized tourists, Honda has not remained in the model range. It was decided to fill this gap. I think the bike can officially be shown at the end of 2021 as a production model in 2022.
Unfortunately, at the moment there are no official images, only the imaginations of fans and third-party designers. One thing is clear – the engine will be 1100cc, and just like the CRF1100 Africa Twin touring enduro and the CMX1100 Rebel chopper, the engine will be offered both with a conventional motorcycle gearbox with foot switches and with a DCT robot.
