This cross is built on the basis of the DNGA architecture, which was developed by specialists from Toyota directly for the production of key cars. The body length of the “state employee” is 3995 mm. Now the company is preparing to bring a hybrid version of the Rocky to the market. At its basis, the developer laid a 1.2-liter gas engine, which is complemented by an electrical installation.

It is not yet known what performance indicators will be provided for the hybrid unit. It is reported that a compact battery to ensure the operation of the electrical installation will be placed in the leg area of ​​the rear passengers. It is also known that Daihatsu Rocky will accelerate and stop by pressing one pedal. The Japanese manufacturer Nissan builds individual models by the same analogy.
