Brand VW raises the bar for productivity, reduces costs and reduces carbon emissions in factories.

According to the automaker, this will contribute to target cost reduction in these areas for a total amount of EUR 2 billion between 2019 and 2023 years.


VW said that the carbon dioxide emissions of the vehicle was reduced by 22 percent in the period from 2015 to the first half of 2019. The automaker has a goal to halve CO2 emissions by 2025 compared with the figure of 2015.
