Toyota has developed a technology for active safety, is able to insure drivers who confuse the gas and brake pedals. A new feature of suppression power will dramatically accelerate if ahead detects a pedestrian or cyclist. The protective system will be available as options and recommended for older drivers over 70 years of age.

It is expected that the new assistant active safety will appear on the production car at the end of this year.
