Triumph has announced its bestselling 2021 Triumph Street Twin with a Euro5 tuned engine, design and styling changes. In addition, the British have prepared a special version of the Street Twin Gold Line.
Euro5 restrictions have not greatly affected the performance of the 900cc Triumph High Torque engine. Peak power 64 HP available at 7,500 rpm and decreased by only 1 hp, while the maximum torque of 80 Nm at 3800 rpm remained unchanged. The motor can still operate in Road / Rain modes, there is switchable traction control.
The new 2021 Triumph Street Twin saddle features a deeper curve. Despite the visual impact, the seat height has increased by 5 mm to 765 mm. The Triumph logo has been added to the back of the saddle.
The style of the motorcycle has undergone minimal changes. New side covers have been installed, as have new polished aluminum headlight mounts and throttle body covers. Decals have also been added to the side caps, while the tank has received a high-quality foil logo. Next up are the new 10-spoke wheels wrapped in Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp rubber.
The limited edition Gold Line is technically no different from the standard model – only visual changes: matte sapphire black paint plus hand-applied golden lines on the tank and side panels. A total of 1000 such motorcycles are planned.
