Uklon, an online car call service, has launched a new project called “Volunteer”, which is designed to help the military, territorial defense and medical institutions. These trips are completely free of charge, and you can arrange them through the contact center.
According to the service management, requests are accepted around the clock and processed manually. At the moment, the initiative works only in Kyiv, but later it will be available in other cities of the country. Anyone who wants to help the army can use it.
In the first day of the service, 51 charity trips were made. Thanks to them, 1000 liters of fuel were delivered, and hospitals received 100 servings of food and drinks. Also, medicines, donors and employees were delivered to medical facilities. Shell and WOG gas station chains, Foodz restaurant chain and Glovo delivery service have already become business partners of this initiative.
