Volkswagen Group B Renault announced plans to suspend or move production following’s invasion of Ukraine.

Volkswagen has announced that it will suspend production for several days at two German plants due to a delay in the purchase of parts made in Ukraine.

Renault said it will suspend some work at its car assembly plants in our country next week due to logistical problems caused by a shortage of parts. The company did not specify if this is related to the supply chain as a result of the conflict, but the speaker said that this was a consequence of the strengthening of the borders between and neighboring countries, through which parts are transported by trucks.

The French automaker is among the Western companies most connected to, where it earns 8 percent of its core profits, according to Citibank.
