According to the “Renolution” plan, in 2025 Dacia will release a new crossover, which will be located one step above the Duster. The car is already called the elder brother of “Duster”. Independent designer Kleber Silva has prepared new images of this off-road vehicle.
The author of the renders drew inspiration from the Dacia Bigster concept car, a virtual model of which was presented in early 2021. Up front, we see a pair of bulging LED headlights with a chrome grille in between. The front bumper has a large air duct with silver accents and black plastic lining. The side profile is very similar to the Bigster concept crossover.
The feed, in turn, has LED taillights, made in a single unit. The rear bumper boasts a 2-color finish, and the exhaust pipes are split on two sides and complemented by chrome trims. Among other design elements of the new crossover, it is worth highlighting the presence of a roof spoiler and roof rails.
As for technology, the length of the vehicle built on the modular platform CMF-B will be about 4600 mm. The crossover will be sold in both 5-seater and 7-seater cabin variants (seating arrangement 2 + 3 + 2).
The engine lineup will include a 90-horsepower liter turbo engine, a 1.3-liter 130-horsepower turbo engine and a hybrid power plant based on a 1.6-liter petrol engine (140 hp). ). In some markets, the crossover will also be offered with a diesel engine.
