The Alpha Motors company recently offered the world a compact electric Wolf pickup and its elongated version. Now the automaker is teasing us with a travel version called Wolf + Cloudbreak.
Basically, we are talking about a simple camping tent that is attached to the cargo platform. It is strong enough and has a reliable frame that protects from the wind, or rather from very strong wind and rain. For convenience, there are two entrances, and the material is high-strength, tear-resistant polyester.
The German company Heimplanet, specializing in the development of travel equipment, was involved in the project. The dimensions of the tent are approximately 4358 mm long, 3729 mm wide and 2321 mm high. As mentioned above, the equipment is attached to the cargo platform, which is probably also used effectively in this “camper”.
The retrospective Wolf pickup made its debut in March of this year, and the extended version came out in April. The platform migrated from the Alpha coupe and crossover. In the base, the drive wheels are front, but all-wheel drive is also provided. The short-base truck reaches a speed of 97 km / h in 6.2 seconds, and the range on a single charge is 400-440 kilometers. Prices start at $ 36,000. However, it is too early to talk about deliveries of the first cars, since there are not even test prototypes yet.
